We accept returns for products that are defective or not as described. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that our products are delicate and designed for gentle play; returns due to damage from rough or extreme use may not be eligible.
If you prefer an exchange over a return, we are happy to work with you to provide a replacement, subject to product availability. Exchanges are available for items that are defective or that did not meet your expectations.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service immediately. We kindly ask that you provide clear photographs of the defect for our review. Once confirmed, we will replace the defective item at no additional cost.
Our 3D-printed creations are crafted with care and intended for gentle use and display. While we stand by our quality, Tx Funny Farm cannot assume responsibility for damages resulting from misuse, rough handling, or accidental breakage that is not due to a manufacturing defect.
